Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Site-based Kitchen and Bedroom Installers to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of kitchens and bedrooms directly at customer sites, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Install kitchen units, cabinets, countertops, appliances, and associated fixtures according to schematics and project specifications
- Fit bedroom furniture including wardrobes, storage solutions, doors, and hardware with precision and care
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, assemble, and secure components during installation processes
- Conduct site assessments to ensure all materials are available and work areas are prepared for installation tasks
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other tradespeople to coordinate schedules and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with specific skills in carpentry, fabrication, or masonry preferred
- Strong knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, or blueprints used in kitchen and bedroom installations
- Familiarity with roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, welding, or construction painting is advantageous
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, plastering equipment, and fabrication techniques
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and follow detailed instructions accurately
- Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites and on-site installations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving installation challenges
