Role Overview
We’re seeking a reliable, personable Flower Delivery Driver to join our team. You’ll be the face of our business, ensuring our handcrafted bouquets arrive safely and on time to customers across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. If you love driving, have a great eye for detail, and take pride in delighting customers, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and deliver fresh floral arrangements to private homes, businesses, and event venues
- Plan efficient delivery routes to meet tight schedules
- Maintain the delivery van—cleanliness, basic checks, and reporting any maintenance issues
- Provide excellent customer service: greet customers, obtain signatures, and handle delivery queries with a smile
- Assist in the shop when not on the road: helping pack orders, organizing stock, and supporting the team
- Adhere to health & safety and flower-care guidelines to preserve product quality
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (clean record preferred)
- Proven delivery driving experience (minimum 1 year)
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Physically fit, able to handle bouquets/buckets (up to 15 kg) and navigate stairs where needed
- Flexibility to work occasional early mornings, weekends, or bank holidays
