We specialise in high-quality, innovative home improvement solutions over the whole of Scotland, and with strong marketing driving consistent enquiries, we’re now expanding our sales team.
The Role
We’re looking for a driven and personable Senior Sales Executive to join our team.
This is a customer-facing, high-earning opportunity where you’ll represent the full TCHIG offering—meeting homeowners, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
You’ll be:
- Attending pre-qualified customer appointments generated by our marketing team
- Delivering professional, engaging product presentations
- Recommending the best solutions across our product range
- Closing sales and maximising order value
Key Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled customer surveys and consultations
- Present and promote products with confidence and clarity
- Close sales and convert opportunities into revenue
- Deliver excellent customer service from first contact to completion
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets
- Accurately complete paperwork and maintain compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Previous sales experience (home improvement or face-to-face preferred)
- Confident closer with a target-driven mindset
- Self-motivated and organised
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Full UK driving licence
