Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and reliable Cake decorator who is very confident decorating cakes using buttercream. You will be responsible for executing cake orders from start to finish, ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity in every cake.
Responsibilities:
- Decorate cakes using buttercream – smoothing, piping, and finishing to high visual standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, following all food safety guidelines
- Ensure all cakes meet our quality and design expectations
- Assist with prepping materials and ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with the team to manage production flow and timelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in baking and decorating cakes, specifically with buttercream
- Confident working in a fast-paced, production kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for design
- Good time management and ability to work to deadlines
- Able to follow recipes and design briefs accurately
- Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player
