We are currently seeking a dedicated Waiter to join our team at a Ouvra Indian Kitchen restaurant in SALE, M33. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest services.
Responsibilities
-We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt order delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
- Ability to work well in a team environment and assist colleagues when needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
