In this role, you will work across the full analysis lifecycle, from data extraction and manipulation to advanced visualisation and communication, delivering clear insights that help expand our customer base and optimise day-to-day operations.
Core Responsibilities

Deliver clear, accurate insights to defined requests from your tribe, working with your manager and senior peers to shape the approach
-
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, tailoring the level of detail to the audience
-
Contribute to the design and maintenance of dashboards that scale insight and enable proactive performance monitoring
-
Investigate anomalies and trends in day-to-day performance, forming hypotheses and testing them against the data
-
Build reusable, well-documented data models and code that other analysts can pick up and extend
-
Actively seek and act on feedback to improve the quality of your work
-
Understand how your work ladders up to your tribe's OKRs and align your priorities accordingly
