Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, hard working and reliable Bar Staff to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.
Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, please don't apply if you don't have relevant experience. Immediate starts available.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately, ensuring prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing laws.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system and process payments efficiently.
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during shifts.
- Shifts would include weekdays and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £13.00-£13.01 per hour
