Skills
- Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
- Excellent knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, sustainability practices, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and contractors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving skills combined with a practical approach to design challenges.
- A degree in Architecture or related field; licensure or certification is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
