We are seeking a reliable and experienced Recovery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members. This role requires a professional approach, mechanical aptitude, and strong driving skills to handle various recovery situations efficiently.

Tired of the same routine? Want a job where every shift is different? Cambrian Car Care Ltd is looking for reliable drivers to join our vehicle recovery team. No experience in recovery? No problem — full training is provided.
What You’ll Need:
- A licence to drive 7.5T+ vehicles (Class 1, Class 2, or Grandfather Rights with DCPC)
- Valid DCPC & Tachograph Card
- Able to pass a DBS check
- Problem-solving mindset & pride in your work
- Basic mechanical skills (helpful, but not essential)
The Job:
You'll help drivers across South Wales by attending breakdowns and recovering vehicles. We work with major brands like the AA, RAC, Green Flag, and more. No two days are the same.

Shifts & Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts + guaranteed overtime
- Rolling 17-week rota with varied start times
- Only 2 on-call shifts per rota
- Every other weekend OFF — guaranteed
What You’ll Get:
- £14.50/hour — approx. £30,500 basic
