We’re looking for an ambitious Retail Trainee Manager to join our growing retail team. This is a customer-facing role designed for freshers, graduates and early-career candidates who want to develop practical leadership and retail management skills.
No previous management experience is required — full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues while gradually taking on more responsibility across customer experience, team support and daily operations.
You’ll help with:
- Supporting customers and maintaining high service standards
- Assisting with daily retail operations and team priorities
- Helping coordinate workloads and activities
- Supporting sales and customer engagement
- Monitoring team performance and providing encouragement
- Helping train and support new team members
- Handling customer questions professionally
- Supporting stock, displays and general shop standards
- Participating in meetings, training and development sessions
