Senior Business Development Manager (Gaming Partnerships)
At Teemill, we are rewriting the rules of merchandise through sustainable, circular, print-on-demand e-commerce. We have already built an incredible platform for brands, and now we are looking for a highly capable Senior Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the gaming industry.
This role is for a strategic sales professional who lives and breathes gaming, web culture, and interactive entertainment. We want to change how game developers, builders, and content creators think about merchandise and the opportunities it can present.
If you have a genuine passion for the gaming sector, experience selling software, digital products, or platforms to gaming audiences, and want to own a high-growth sector from day one, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing

Identify, target, and convert high-value opportunities across the gaming ecosystem, from independent and mid-tier game studios to major publishers.
- Pitch creative, tech-driven integrations to game developers, helping them utilise our API and platform to turn digital achievements into physical, sustainable rewards.
- Build compelling proposals that translate a game's universe or a creator's community identity into a highly profitable digital storefront.
- Own your sales pipeline end-to-end, using data to prioritise high-yield activity and continuously refining your outreach, negotiation, and conversion strategies within the gaming sector.
- Stay ahead of gaming trends, hardware releases, platform updates, and internet culture to proactively pitch timely merch concepts to partners.
- Drive revenue targets and contribute directly to Teemill’s overarching commercial strategy, using modern tech and AI tools to supercharge your output.
What we are looking for
- A proven track record in business development, account management, or platform sales, with specific experience selling software products, tech solutions, or digital services within the gaming industry.

An authentic passion for gaming, a deep understanding of player psychology, and familiarity with the distinct ecosystems of both game development and content creation.
- A consultative approach to selling that focuses on solving technical and commercial problems, confidently engaging studio founders, producers, and creator talent agents.
- Intellectual curiosity and a fascination with e-commerce innovation, and digital tech, viewing AI tools as leverage to optimise your daily workflow.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and continually prioritise your time
- Resilience and deep accountability, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships across studios and talent management agencies.
- A genuine interest in sustainability and a desire to use your commercial sharpness to bring zero-waste, circular manufacturing models to the gaming world.
