Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator who enjoys meeting people, filling quality rooms quickly, and delivering an outstanding customer experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?
At Investment Street, we own and manage a growing portfolio of high-quality HMO properties across Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. We're looking for a motivated, personable, and driven Lettings Negotiator to help us attract great tenants, maintain high occupancy levels, and support the continued growth of our business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct property viewings and showcase our rooms and homes to prospective tenants in West Northamptonshire area
- Build strong relationships with applicants and guide them through the lettings process from enquiry to move-in
- Manage tenant enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Carry out referencing, Right to Rent checks, and tenancy administration
- Maintain high occupancy levels by proactively marketing available rooms and following up leads
- Create and manage property listings across relevant platforms
- Support tenant onboarding and ensure a smooth move-in experience
- Work closely with our property management team to deliver an exceptional tenant journey
- Keep property records, applicant information, and CRM systems up to date
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in residential lettings, property management, or HMO lettings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A confident, professional, and friendly approach when dealing with tenants and applicants
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a desire to achieve results
- Comfortable using property software, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms
- ARLA, Propertymark, or other relevant property qualifications are advantageous but not essential
Essential Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Own car
- Able to commute to office based in Milton Keynes
- Willing to travel to properties across West Northamptonshire
