We're looking for a Customer Reservations Advisor to join our friendly and professional team. While experience in a customer service or call centre role is beneficial, it's not essential as full training will be provided.
We're much more interested in finding someone with the right personality, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
As a member of our small professional team, you will be responsible for:
Supporting predominately the Aftersales team with inbound and outbound service and repair request calls to our customers
Effective enquiry management
Cleansing and updating the database, accurately recording customer information
Identifying prospect and sales opportunities for the Service team

This role is based at our Huddersfield centre and involves working closely with both our Huddersfield and Wakefield Aftersales teams to ensure our business potential is maximised and we exceed our customers’ expectations.

An attractive salary starting at £27,000 per annum plus commission on your bookings making an achievable annual sum of £31,000

This is a full time position which will include working Saturdays on a rota basis (normally one in four) with a day off during that week. The hours of work will be 8.00 am to 5.30 pm (early shift) or 8.30 am to 6.00 pm (late shift) with an hour unpaid lunch break, and 8.00 am to 5.00 pm on Saturday.
