An exciting opportunity has become available for a Residential Support Worker & Senior Support Worker role in a 2 bed EBD provision in Baxenden, Accrington.

The Residential Support Worker will assist in all aspects of managing this service which offers residential care and support for children and young people displaying forms of challenging behaviour. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the home, working closely with senior support workers to develop their knowledge and skills, building a strong positive work ethic and engaging environment within the home.
