Deans Pharmacy, Newmains has an opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Dispenser to join our busy community pharmacy team.
We are looking for someone who is confident working within a dispensary environment, has good attention to detail and enjoys being part of a team focused on providing an efficient and reliable service to patients.
The Role
As part of the dispensary team, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately
- Working alongside the Pharmacist to support the smooth running of the dispensary
- Dealing with patient and prescription queries in a helpful and professional manner
- Processing and managing pharmacy stock
- Completing date checks and maintaining good stock rotation
- Supporting the delivery of pharmacy services
- Keeping the dispensary organised and working in line with pharmacy procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous pharmacy dispensing experience is essential
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident working in a busy pharmacy environment
- Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team
- A friendly and professional approach when dealing with patients
Hours :
40hrs per week, working 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
