Junior Receptionist – Private Banking

About the Role We are looking for a polished and highly organised Junior Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Bank. In this dual-purpose role, you will deliver exceptional front-of-house hospitality to our high-net-worth clients while providing vital administrative support to our management and operations teams.

What You Will Do
- First-Class Front of House: Act as the primary point of contact, greeting guests, and providing hospitality/refreshments.
- Communications Hub: Efficiently manage a busy switchboard, screen calls, and ensure messages are routed accurately and promptly.
- Operational Support: Handle incoming/outgoing post and courier deliveries, manage stationery supplies, and assist with general office administration (photocopying, filing, scanning).
- Document & Data Control: Assist the wider banking team by scanning account mandates, matching daily work, and tracking internal documents while strictly adhering to data protection protocols.
- Executive Assistance: Provide occasional cover for executive assistants, including arranging travel, taxis, and restaurant bookings for management.
What We Are Looking For
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a highly professional presentation. Arabic is preferred
- A background in front-of-house, reception, or premium customer service (switchboard experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
- Absolute discretion and an understanding of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial documents and high-net-worth individuals.
- A proactive team player who is happy to jump in and support various administrative tasks across the office.
Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
