The Property Place are a busy city centre sales and lettings agents covering the Salford and Manchester areas. Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual that will work well within a small team.
You must be confident when dealing with the general public, have excellent time management, and a pro-active attitude towards designated tasks.
A full clean UK drivers licence is required and you must have your own suitable vehicle. You will be entitled to a petrol allowance and a city centre parking space.
Must be ok with small dogs as we have an office puppy (8 years old) called Pippa.
General duties will include:
General office administration
Responding to leads both phone and email
Property viewings with potential tenants
Dealing with tenant and landlord enquiries
Move In and Move Out Inspections
Deposit lodging and deductions
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service background with confident and friendly telephone manner. Previous experience preferred in a lettings or estate agent field, although not essential.
Pay: £24,785.00 per year
