Role Summary
As a Senior Sales Executive – UK, you will play a key role in executing WeeFin’s growth strategy by driving new business across the UK. As an individual contributor, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and consultative engagement to closing complex SaaS deals, with a focus on asset managers and asset owners.
You will join an enthusiastic sales team that values creativity, curiosity, and ambition. Your success will be fuelled by your ability to build long-term, value-driven relationships, navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and articulate the strategic impact of sustainable finance technology.

Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Drive new revenue growth.
- Develop a sales strategy to generate, approach, and convert leads.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Effectively communicate WeeFin’s value proposition.
- Understand and identify client needs to develop tailored solutions.
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with various WeeFin teams on opportunities and initiatives.

Preferred experience
- You can articulate a product’s value proposition and commercial advantages in relation to the competition;
- Experience in a financial institution.
- 8-15 years of B2B sales experience in Fintech or high-growth SaaS.
- It's a plus to have experience in sustainable finance and ESG.
- Solid understanding of the MEDDIC sales framework (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in the sales process from strategy to closing.
- Autonomous, adaptable, proactive in a startup environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- English: fluent/native
- An additional language is a plus

Pay: £90,000.00-£200,000.00 per year
