Responsibilities
- Support the setup, maintenance, and cleanup of work areas to maintain a clean and organized factory environment
- Load and unload materials from trucks, storage areas, or production lines efficiently and safely
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, reporting any mechanical issues promptly to maintenance teams
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks to meet production targets and deadlines
Skills
- Knowledge of factory processes, assembly line operations, and general manufacturing practices
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with material handling procedures
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
- Physical stamina for lifting, standing, walking, and performing manual tasks over extended periods
