The show caller is responsible for delivering the audience experience and bringing all elements of the events together. Lights, music, video, performers, audience.. working together as one!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be able to communicate to every key player of the event for the duration, from the back-of-house personnel to the technical team, event presenters, and performers
- Oversee all aspects of the event
- Create and follow the event flow
- Must have the ultimate control of the event
Post-production
- Complete the Happily wrap report
- Submit complete budget with all invoices/receipts and payment status
- Ensure all photos & videos are properly filed
Desirable skills
- At least 10+ years of experience working in event productions (conferences, festivals, summits)
- Experience working on live, remote and hybrid events
- Familiarity with production budgets and run of show is an asset
- Good English including written and verbal
