Crocodile Products Ltd - Telesales Agent
Founded in 2003 Crocodile Products are a forward thinking and innovative company within the home improvements sector. We manufacture a range of bespoke products at our factory in Huddersfield and install these at customers’ homes across the country.
Our product range currently includes aluminium framed glass verandas, garden rooms, awnings, automatic garage doors and security shutters.
Due to an increase in business, we are looking for someone with proven Telesales experience to join our small friendly telesales team based in Milnsbridge, Huddersfield.
Duties:
The role will involve calling customers from our inbound enquiries and CRM system to arrange and book appointments with our Sales Representatives.
No cold calling.
Requirements:
Proven telesales experience and an excellent telephone manner.
A good understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel is required as you will be expected to liaise with Sales Representatives and customers via email and assist with sales figures, performance and reports through Excel.
Somebody who is tech-savvy and well informed with regards to IT would be preferred, though full training will be provided.
Hours:
This a part time position between the hours of 11am - 5pm Monday-Thursday and Saturdays 9am-12pm.
Salary and commission:
Salary is national minimum wage, however there is a commission structure in place for appointments passed and sales consequently made.
