Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the curriculum for primary school pupils.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages learning, curiosity, and respect.
- Manage behaviour effectively by implementing appropriate behaviour management strategies.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support individual development.
- Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Qualifications
- recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching or working with young children is compulsory.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques suitable for primary school settings.
- Passionate about early childhood development with a caring and patient demeanour.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing a busy classroom environment effectively.
