Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant / Event Crew member to join our team. This is a hands-on and varied role, supporting both warehouse operations and on-site event setups.
You’ll play a key role behind the scenes and on-site, helping to prepare and deliver equipment such as dancefloors, photobooths, and event installations for weddings and events.
This role is flexible, with work available throughout the week but primarily during evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, organising, and maintaining event equipment in the warehouse
- Loading and unloading vans with equipment for events
- Assisting with delivery and collection of equipment to venues
- Setting up and packing down items such as dancefloors, photobooths, and event décor
- Ensuring all equipment is clean, tested, and ready for use
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient event delivery
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and a hands-on, practical attitude
- Flexible availability (mainly evenings and weekends)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under time pressure
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving equipment
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous warehouse or events experience (desirable but not essential)
