Your Responsibilies:
Advises on reporting of non-compliance and supports investigations and rectifications to ensure issues are resolved with a preventative measure for the future.
Runs and creates reports using Software packages on site, for example Maximo to communicate effectively to all management teams.
Recognises trends in the data to drive best practice. Coordinates the monthly report submitted to the client.
Attends meetings with the team to ensure performance is communicated and improvement plans are created by the team.
Ensures services are provided to the required standards required by contract and addresses areas of concern.
Analyses data in reports and filters before distributing to the client & internal teams.
Communicates in an engaging way, ensuring inspiring and motivating messages are conveyed across all teams.
Develops relationships with clients, stakeholders, employees and other colleagues, effectively promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
Brings to life the Mitie values on a daily basis ensuring they & their teams demonstrate the exceptional everyday.
Conducts regular internal and joint auditing with the customer to satisfy contractual outputs.
Works under the direction of the contract Compliance Manager, taking a proactive approach to remediate compliance discrepancies
What we are looking for:
Has a strong standard of both literacy and numeracy skills
They possess an intermediate knowledge level of all Microsoft office packages. Fully competent in the use of PCs and other types of technology
Has developed excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills to support them in their role.
Fully capable of understanding and maintaining the confidentiality across the site and respecting the needs of all stakeholders.
Understands the organisations goals & objectives and can bring these to life in theirs/their teams daily activities.
Works well under pressure to meet the challenging deadlines for both operational and people aspects of their roles
