Company Overview
Rodwell House provides residential, nursing and dementia care in spacious, luxury care suites. We believe a good day for our residents is about far more than care tasks — it's about company, purpose and enjoyment. This role exists to make that happen every day.

This role will work alongside our Activities Workers. and will plan the programme, make sure the resources are ready, and lead the activities each day so that every resident enjoys a full, stimulating and personalised day.

- Lead, coach and mentor our Activities Workers so they're confident delivering activities in detail — and make sure activity time is protected and not lost to other tasks
- Keep clear, person-centred records (full training given on our systems)
Experience
- Someone creative and outgoing who genuinely enjoys spending time with older people
- Well organised, able to plan ahead and keep things running
- A natural at encouraging and supporting others
- Confident using a computer or tablet for records (full training provided)
- Previous activities or coordinator experience in a care setting is welcome, but not essential — the right personality matters most
