Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and medication reminders
- Follow detailed care plans tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and wellbeing through engaging activities
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistent care delivery
- Use IT tools to update records, document care activities, and track progress accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is highly desirable
- Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed care plans effectively
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with clients and team members
- Basic IT skills for documentation and record keeping purposes
- Excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients of all ages
