```Duties:```
- Construct and assemble scaffolding structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Use power tools, hand tools, and other equipment to cut, shape, and fabricate scaffold components
- Install scaffolding systems safely and securely, ensuring stability and structural integrity
- Inspect scaffolding for defects or damage and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience as a Scaffold Builder or in a related field preferred
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and other equipment commonly used in scaffold construction
- Strong knowledge of scaffold assembly techniques and industry best practices
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to scaffold construction
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Note: Additional skills such as welding, electrical work, masonry, roofing, painting, plumbing, or carpentry are a plus.
