What You'll Learn
- How to recruit for blockchain, Web3, crypto trading, and quantitative finance companies.
- Candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Building talent pipelines within specialist technology markets.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and placement.
- Business development and client relationship management within the blockchain ecosystem.
- Interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
- Market mapping, salary benchmarking, and talent intelligence.
- Using modern recruitment technology, applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-quality candidates across blockchain, trading, and technology markets.
- Build relationships with candidates and clients through professional communication and consultative support.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain accurate records using ATS and CRM systems.
- Support senior consultants throughout the recruitment process.
- Research blockchain companies, trading firms, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of market trends.
- Assist with employer branding, social media content, and talent attraction campaigns.
- Develop your understanding of the blockchain and digital asset ecosystem to become a trusted recruitment specialist.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, trading, AI, or emerging technology.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable building relationships and speaking with professionals.
- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM systems, ATS platforms, or recruitment tools is beneficial but not essential.
- A commercial mindset with an interest in sales, recruitment, and business development.
