Associate Dentist Position – 2-3 Day Position – based in our state of the art, beautiful practice in Carshalton, Surrey. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday available, very flexible with days.@
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Associate Dentist to join our rapidly growing, dynamic team in a busy mixed practice in Carshalton, Surrey.
About Us
Husband & wife owners with us over 30 years of combined experience in dentistry, including time spent in high-end private practices in Central London. We’ve both completed PGDips in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry and love mentoring like-minded clinicians. Completed over 100 Invisalign cases and happy to help with Clincheks, clinical photography, adhesive dentistry protocols.
Support is always available. 70% Private / 30% NHS.
What We Offer:
- New surgeries, Adec500, Intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, OPG/CBCT, iTero scanner, and a 55” screen to enhance patient understanding
- A dedicated Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to support the patient journey, follow up your leads, and help convert consultations into treatment.
- Access to in-house hygienist, oral surgeon, denture technician, and Endo DWSI
- Commitment of 1000 UDAs annually (roughly 11 UDAs/day), giving you time to focus on private dentistry
Clinical Culture:
We have been on many many courses both clinical and communication and we are happy to support you through it and share what we know.
We pride ourselves on rubber dam and adhesive dentistry – we’re happy to mentor the right person to level up their skills and confidence.
All Surgeries Are Equipped with:
- Composite heaters

- Rubber dam kits (every clamp imaginable!)
- Optibond FL & Scotchbond
- Every sectional matrix you can think of!
- Electrosurgery unit
- DSLR with twin flash
