Kitchen Porter – The Horse and Jockey, Chorlton
From the team behind The Black Friar, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Porter to join the reopening team at The Horse and Jockey, a much-loved Chorlton landmark returning to the heart of the community.
What you’ll do
- Take responsibility for pot wash area.
- cleaning duties of all aspects within kitchen environment.
- daily cleaning of kitchen equipment, plates, utensils and general areas
- Uphold kitchen safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Work as part of a team to create a positive, professional kitchen culture.
What we’re looking for
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Strong team ethic and a desire to develop your skills further.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chorlton cum Hardy M21: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Kitchen Porter: 6 years (required)
