Responsible for the effective management of the operating unit and the resources within, ensuring all members of staff are looked after and supported. Providing leadership to the team and driving forward the unit for growth and success. Manage the finances of the unit ensuring timely billing and cost control. Build client relationships through good communication.
We are seeking highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. A minimum two-year forestry degree is required. An additional 5 years’ experience in a similar forestry field is preferred. Computer skills and other digital skills are necessary. Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
Includes the ability to traverse distances over uneven terrain, work in outdoor forested areas for extended periods in a variety of environmental conditions, Must be able to work independently during the working week and completing tasks in a timely manner. Must have a UK driving licence.
