Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Graduate / Entry Level - London
£28,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £50-60k year one)

This is an entry-level recruitment role for graduates or individuals with some professional or sales experience who want a fast-paced, high-earning career in recruitment.
You’ll join a well-established recruitment business specialising in Tech & Fintech markets across the US and Europe, with a proven track record of developing trainees into top-performing consultants.
From day one, you’ll receive structured training, hands-on support, and a clear progression path - this isn’t a “sink or swim” environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Learning the full recruitment process from experienced consultants
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates for high-value tech & fintech roles
- Managing job adverts, applicants, and interview processes
- Speaking with candidates and clients daily
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Building long-term relationships within your market
