Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team as a bartender or server at Kings Head in. This role is vital in delivering exceptional service that reflects our pub's rich heritage and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve drinks following safety and quality standards.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively during busy periods.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and basic math accurately.
- Strong time management skills.
