We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an enjoyable experience
- Take orders accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations during shifts
- Assist in setting up for special events or themed nights as required
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly without compromising quality
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Good time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy shifts
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanour with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
