What you'll do:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage education programmes from development through successful delivery.
- Develop programme strategies that support learning outcomes and organisational objectives.
- Collaborate with educators, trainers, and operational teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Monitor programme performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage programme schedules, budgets, resources, and operational activities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, industry partners, and community organisations.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness through learner feedback and performance data.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant education standards.
- Support the development of new learning programmes and educational initiatives.
- Prepare reports and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Experience in education, programme management, training, learning and development, academic administration, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership, project management, or programme coordination experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Passion for education, continuous learning, and programme excellence.
- Experience using learning management systems or educational technology is beneficial.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £4,900.00-£6,600.00 per month
