We are currently recruiting for Spa Manager for tRiBe Spa at Lanelay Hall Hotel & Spa just on the outskirts of cardiff.
We are looking for a Spa Manager to lead and motivate the well established team. You will take leadership of the spa, promoting various treatments and products we have on offer, You will be a key part of the management team and will ensure the department operates efficiently by closely monitoring budgets and staff in accordance with guidance from the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatments to guests.
Complete staff rotas taking into account any staff holidays, bookings and budgets
Liaise with the MD to ensure effective and smooth operation of the Spa
Actively promote the Spa,facilities, product
Take bookings by phone in the absence of Reservations
Upsell products to guests, other experience where appropriate.
Ensure client confidentiality policies are followed among the team.
Monitoring and ordering of stock to ensure correct levels.
