Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are ready and dishes are assembled according to standards
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, professional manner, maintaining excellent guest services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations throughout shifts
- Support delivery drivers with the timely distribution of catering orders when needed
- Follow food safety protocols and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Help with meal preparation tasks such as chopping, plating, and portioning to support kitchen operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or catering environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards
- Experience as a delivery driver or in roles involving delivery logistics is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic culinary skills or cooking experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
- Customer service experience in hotel, restaurant, or barista roles is advantageous
