About the role
Suri Marketing is hiring a Videographer & Video Editor to own the full video production process end-to-end, from shoot to final cut. This is a hands-on, creative role where your work will directly power the social media output we deliver for 60+ clients across paid and organic channels. You'll be heavily involved at every stage: planning shoots, capturing footage on location, and editing content that's ready to perform on TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube.
We need someone genuinely professional, reliable on client sites, sharp on deadlines, and able to represent the agency to the businesses we work with.
Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare shoots in coordination with account and social media managers
- Film high-quality video content on location at client sites across the Midlands
- Edit footage into polished, platform-native content optimised for social media (short-form and long-form)
- Manage colour grading, sound, captions, motion graphics, and on-brand styling
- Repurpose and adapt content across multiple platforms and formats
- Maintain organised project files and meet consistent delivery deadlines
- Collaborate closely with the wider content and media buying teams to ensure video supports campaign goals
- Stay current with platform trends, editing techniques, and content formats
Requirements
- Proven experience as a videographer AND video editor (portfolio/showreel required)
- Strong technical skills in filming: camera operation, lighting, audio, framing
- Expert in editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or CapCut for short-form)
- Must be fluent in English and be an effective communicator
- Solid understanding of social-first content and what performs on each platform
- Highly professional and client-ready conduct on shoots
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple clients
- Photography ability and some level of graphic design knowledge
- Willingness to travel
- Right to work in the UK
Nice to have
- Experience in an agency or fast-paced content environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Motion graphics / animation skills
- Photography capability
- Familiarity with paid social creative requirements
Pay: From £12.47 per hour
