From our headquarters in London, Immediate Medical Solutions works closely with private clients and local communities to provide high-quality Health and Social Care Services. As an approved provider to Local Authorities, we are trusted to deliver compassionate and professional home-to-home care through our experienced and qualified staff. We are currently seeking dedicated and caring Domiciliary Care Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently and comfortably within their own homes.
We are actively recruiting for positions in Haringey - N22, N17, N15, N4 areas.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and housekeeping tasks.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, promoting clients’ mental and emotional well-being.
- Help clients maintain their independence by encouraging and assisting with mobility and community engagement.
- Monitor clients’ health and wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, care provided, and observations in line with legal and company standards.
- Support clients with managing appointments and other essential activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain high standards of care delivery.

Requirements
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Must pass an enhanced DBS check.
- An Overseas Police Check is mandatory if it has been less than 10 years since entered the UK.
Pay Rate:
- National Minimum Wage (in accordance with your age bracket).
Successful candidates will be required to provide documentation to support compliance with Local Authority employment standards.
