As an Administration Assistant at Foster + Partners, you’ll play a key role in keeping our senior leadership and project teams running seamlessly, managing everything from complex diaries and international travel to meetings, communications and studio coordination. Manage complex schedules, travel and meetings in a dynamic, international environment.

Proven experience managing busy diaries, meetings and international travel logistics.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure and conflicting demands.
- Smart and professional dress and personal presentation at all times, acting as an ambassador on behalf of Foster + Partners.
- Confident communication skills with a professional, diplomatic manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of management and staff both internally and externally.
- High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
