Located within Fenwick Canterbury, Mala Beauty Lounge offers a modern, luxury salon experience where exceptional treatments and outstanding client care go hand in hand. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nail treatments including BIAB, Gel Polish, Acrylics, manicures and pedicures.
- Create bespoke nail designs tailored to each client's style and preferences.
- Provide exceptional client care, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming, luxury salon experience.
- Build long-term relationships through excellent communication and personalised recommendations.
- Maintain outstanding hygiene standards and ensure all equipment is cleaned and sterilised correctly.
- Stay up to date with the latest nail trends, techniques and products.
- Assist with client enquiries and appointment bookings where required.
- Support the wider salon team to deliver a seamless client experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role.
- Is confident in BIAB, Gel Polish and Acrylic application.
- Has a creative eye and enjoys producing beautiful, bespoke nail designs.
- Delivers exceptional customer service with a warm and professional approach.
- Is reliable, organised and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Is passionate about continually learning and developing new skills.
