Right NRG is currently seeking an experienced, confident, and commercially minded Customer Compliance & Installations Coordinator to join our team in LS12.
Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will play a key role in protecting the business, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring correct processes are followed from initial sale through to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer cancellations in line with company Terms & Conditions.
- Complete credit checks, deposit processing, and post-installation compliance checks.
- Review customer, property, and installer photographs for quality control.
- Monitor third-party installers and Field Sales Consultants to ensure company standards are met.
- Challenge poor practice confidently and escalate persistent non-compliance to management.
- Guide customers through the handover process and manage expectations.
- Identify and mitigate potential financial, operational, or reputational risks.
The Person:
- Essential: Previous experience in a similar customer operations, compliance, quality control, installations coordination, or process-management role. (Solar or renewable energy experience is not required, as full training is provided).
- Confident, assertive, and comfortable enforcing company standards.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
What We Offer:
- £29,000 basic salary + performance-related bonuses.

- Structured onboarding and product knowledge training during your first 48 hours.
