FURNITURE SPRAYER & PREPPER

We’re looking for a Furniture Sprayer & Prepper who shares our passion for perfection. This is a hands-on role where no two pieces are ever the same. You’ll take complex designs from raw materials to flawless finishes, helping bring our visionary furniture to life.
Based in historic Lancaster, just a stone’s throw from the stunning UNESCO world heritage site of the Lake District, you’ll enjoy both a vibrant city life and world-class countryside on your doorstep. Responsibilities
- Prepare, spray, and finish intricate furniture and forms to the highest standards.
- Work with sealers, primers, lacquers, paints, and stains — experience with Marine Lacquers or Metal Coatings is a bonus.
- Sand, burnish, and shape materials using both hand and powered tools, including the 6” orbital sander.
- Occasionally support on-site installations in the UK or abroad (full UK driving licence and passport preferred).
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in furniture or car spraying.
- Exceptional eye for detail and quality — nothing leaves your hands unless it’s perfect.
- Confident problem-solver, ready to tackle the unique challenges each project brings.
- Skilled with a wide range of tools and abrasives.
- Passionate about craftsmanship and proud to produce work that exceeds expectations.

Key details:
- Salary is dependent on experience
- This Permanent position is available immediately
- Full time – Monday to Friday 8:00–16:30
- Based at our Lancaster workshop
