Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects across various phases from initiation to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive project success through strategic planning, effective resource management, and clear communication. As a key member of our team, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project tasks and milestones.
- Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential risks or delays early, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication and detailed reporting on project status.
- Oversee the use of Civil 3D software for infrastructure design coordination and ensure technical accuracy.
- Prioritize tasks effectively by applying strong time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and maintain detailed records for accountability and future reference.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on residential joinery projects.
- Confident in scheduling and project tracking.
- Strong knowledge of bespoke manufacturing & residential building regulations in Scotland
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with teams, clients, and management at all levels.
- Ability to identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
We are a family rum business that undertakes joinery projects form £10k wardrobe installs though to £750k multi room renovations. We are looking to add someone to the team that understands the importance of all these customers and that can imolement manufacture and site schedules to keep everyone on track.
Pay: £32,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
