Overview
We are seeking dedicated Cleaners specialising in domestic home cleaning, as well as Cleaners who hold a valid driving licence to operate company vehicles. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality cleaning services within private residences, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a professional standard of cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of private homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitation, and general tidying
- Follow customised cleaning checklists to meet client expectations
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Drive company vehicles to and from client locations (for drivers with driving licence)
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and organisation within each property
- Communicate professionally with clients to ensure their specific needs are met
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning sessions
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times during the cleaning process
Skills
- Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning is advantageous
- Knowledge of janitorial practices and hotel or hospitality industry experience is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build trust
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Organised with excellent attention to detail to deliver consistent quality results
- Valid driving licence for those operating company vehicles
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude towards clients and team members
