We seek an enthusiastic, dynamic and driven individual to join our friendly team of staff, in the role of Senior Care Assistant.
Previous care experience is essential.
This role will suit either an existing Senior Carer or an experienced carer who feels ready for the next step up the career ladder. A true desire to care and make a difference to people's lives is an essential quality, along with great organisation skills, ability to keep good paperwork of a high standard up to date, and lead a team of care staff. Enhanced training and development is offered and encouraged, including NVQ's.
