As an Account Manager, you will be part of our wonderful team at our Glasgow head office; you will be working alongside various other members of our team to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation. You will be required to complete a number of duties and be responsible for managing properties in Glasgow.
To succeed at this role, you must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You must be able to work under pressure, and ensure you communicate effectively with your clients. You’ll be responsible for arranging property visits and signing up new clients as well as managing their profiles.
You will be an ambassador of the SpotHost brand and we expect you to be friendly, helpful and honest at all times. For this type of role you must have the ability to deal with all types of people and be able to work as part of a professional team.
Your main responsibility will be to assist with the day-to-day operation of our business. This includes, liaising with guests and clients to ensure they are satisfied with our service, conducting property visits to new and existing clients, upselling our services to clients and converting enquiry leads into sales.
We are a small team with big ideas! Everyone in our team is involved with all aspects of our daily operations. If capacity allows, you will be involved in a variety of projects on top of your day-to-day tasks to ensure an efficient operation during our off-peak periods.
