Reporting into the Hospital Director, the Director of Clinical Services (DoCS) forms part of the hospital Senior Management Team and is wholly responsible for the clinical services operation (nursing and therapy) within the hospital. The post holder will ensure the highest level of patient care is provided to all patients.

Essential
- Hold current professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) along with Mental Health.
- A strong understanding of statutory regulations, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and driving continuous improvement.
- Demonstrates effective leadership and decision-making skills, while being forward-thinking, proactive, and creative in approach.
