Role overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative social media marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to help us grow our UK market and gain experience in the influencer/affiliate marketing industry.
You have a passion for social media, influencer & digital marketing with a creative focus. You are proactive and able to multitask and prioritise in the right way being self-sufficient with support from a small team. In return, Metapic will ensure you learn as much as possible on the job and fulfil your desire to set strong foundations in an exciting, evolving industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the weekly Metapic newsletter, coordinating content and ensuring it is prepared and distributed on schedule each week.
- Support the management and growth of Metapic’s social media presence across Instagram and TikTok, including creating engaging content and developing branded Canva templates.
- Support the planning, organisation and promotion of Metapic events, helping to coordinate activity before, during and after each event.
- Assist with creator relationship management during busy periods, supporting creator communications, campaign queries and general relationship management as needed.
Your profile:
- Currently studying/recent graduate and looking to gain experience in the influencer and social media industry
- Attention to detail is a must
- Proficiency in regular software applications (Canva and Mailchimp in particular)
- Experience in fashion/interior design/beauty marketing (desired)
- Understanding of digital marketing and how advertisers and publishers are using digital marketing
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office
- Entrepreneurial approach with excellent commercial awareness
- Ability to work effectively on own initiative and proactivity
- Structured and organised approach to communicating and meeting with perspective partners
- Proven analytical skills and ability to translate analysis into ways to increase results

You could have skills in event planning and management, as well as creativity and strategic thinking in building partnerships and maintaining relationships. You enjoy selling opportunities and being an ambassador for a new product with a sales mindset of increasing revenue for your clients.
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
