Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces including offices, retail outlets, warehouses, and other business environments.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to achieve optimal results.
- Ensure all areas are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and maintained according to client specifications.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate contacts promptly.
- Manage your own supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order.
- Complete cleaning checklists and logs to document completed tasks and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing your own schedule effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices.
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation to reach various client sites.
- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.
